ThinQ Construction
There may be variations as every project is unique and follows a different design and construction process. In general, the basic steps involved in a building project are briefly explained.
Permits and Insurance
Ensure as well as facilitate the customer to get the necessary permits taken to start the construction
Construction Site
Based on the site and building plan, necessary excavations, leveling, and filling are undergone to prepare the site
Foundation
Building structures are generally constructed on concrete foundations. If necessary, soil testing is performed to check the load bearing capacity.
Superstructure
Frame development with masonry walls, placement of adequate windows and exterior doors, roofs or siding, installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning
Punch lists
Once the project is complete, we inspect the whole project piece by piece and formulate a punch list. Those structural units or areas that are deemed not up to standard are listed in the punch list. This is corrected immediately thereafter and documented by the foreman in charge.
Building warranty
Once the project is complete and handover done to the client, we specify a warranty period usually known as the Defects Liability Period (DLP). Within this period, any defects found in building constructed must be fixed and replaced at no extra cost to the customer. Warranties for materials and appliances are obtained from manufacturers and suppliers.
